Today I read a great article and I thought to myself, ‘I need a way to save these articles in a categorical way so that I can refer back to them.’ Then I realized I had a way to do that through my blog and at the same time share them with others. The article I came across today was written by Jarlo Ilano (GMB Content Manager – GMB resident Physical Therapist, Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and martial arts instructor. He writes articles and manuals and keeps them clear of any BS.).
I have been following GMB for a few months now and have started to get more involved in what they are doing for a couple reasons. The first reason is because they teach about fitness and that is one of my most favorite subjects, not to mention a large portion of my job. The other reason I wanted to be more involved with is because of the way they do things. They not only focus on quality fitness but they also focus on a quality way of presenting the information. They have developed programs to help people get from poor fitness to a high level of strength and flexibility. They also connect with people in simple ways and make it very personal.
I’m glad to be back on the blog and look forward to more good things to come.
